Ordering and deposit information:
Pups are held as deposits are placed.
We ask for a $250 non-refundable deposit to hold your pup. If you decide to wait for another litter, your deposit can be held
over until that litter arrives, but will not be refunded. A refund of the deposit will occur if there are more deposits than
puppies in this litter. A list of first come deposits will be kept and refunded from the last deposit received until
buyers match number of pups.
Pups will be chosen in order of deposits recieved. Once the pups
are of age to choose, contacts will be made and you may visit the pups, or we will help you choose one that might best suite
your desires. If a pup is not chosen at this time, the next deposit in line will get a chance to choose their pup.
New pups will be ready to go to their new home at 49 days and will have CKC registration papers, 1st shots, de-wormed,
and considered healthy as compared to other labrador retrievers of similar age. Dew claws will be removed at 3 days
of age. In the rare case that a dew claw might grow back, it is not the responsibility of Smokin' Gun Retrievers. Any vet
costs will be the responsibility of the new owner if you choose to have it removed.
If there
is a health concern with your pup within 72 hours, please contact us, along with your vets information so that we can discuss
the concern with them at that time.
All Smokin' Gun Labs are sold with full CKC registration.
Price may vary from one litter to another, please contact us as you consider an upcoming litter for current price
information.
If the puppy needs to be shipped, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Pups being shipped will not be able to do so until they are 8 weeks of age.
Please be patient
when buying a new pup. Find one that will match what you require in a dog. If we can't supply you with what you need, perhaps
we can use our many contacts to find one that will work.
Remember, don't just settle for
any dog.
Guarantee Information: We have gone to great lengths to try and improve
on the Labrador Retriever Breed through our breeding program. We offer a one year from the date of birth warranty against
hip/elbow/eye genetic problems with any of our pups. If you are to have any troubles or concerns, we ask that you contact
us and provide us with information from your vet that documents the diagnosis. At this time we will discuss a way to get the
pup back to us. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No money will be returned for your
pup, you will be put on the list to get a replacement pup from our next available litter, and all shipping costs to get the
new pup to you will be your responsibility. We are not responsible for any vet costs that
you might have with your pup once it leaves our kennel. We evalute each pup as it leaves and make sure that
we are only selling healthy pups. If there is a problem with a pup, we do not sell it. If there are problems after the buyer
takes it, vet costs are up to the buyer. We try to ensure that all pups have the potential to be healthy adult dogs.
We currently have one dog standing at stud. Sosa has been retired, but we do breed Mater. Mater is a charcoal silver
male that has produced some really nice pups in the past. In order to breed a female, we require you to bring the female to
our kennel. We are NOT responsible for any mishap, injury, ect.. that may happen to your female while she is at our site.
You are welcome to breed the female and take her home with you at that time if you are concerned about her well being. The
charge to breed to Mater is $1000 to another silver, or $700 for another color female, payable when the pups arrive. We like
to review pedigree to make sure it is a match that we wish to proceed with. Please contact us for any additional questions.
